Overview

Quad sealed bags, which is a type of Side Gusset pouch, also called block bottom, flat bottom or box-shaped bags, consist of five panels and four vertical seals.

When filled, the bottom seal is completely flattened into a rectangle, providing a stable and strong structure to prevent the coffee from being easily overturned. Whether on the shelf or in transit, they can maintain their shape well due to their sturdy design.

Graphics can be printed on the gusset and the front and rear panels to provide more space for the roaster to attract customers. This is advantageous when storing large amounts of coffee, which involves closing the bottom by folding the lid and displaying the bagged product face up, because at least one side is always visible.

When you receive the quad seal bags, their four ends are sealed, and one side is open, which can be used to fill coffee in. After the coffee is added to the bag, it will be heat sealed to prevent oxygen from entering and causing the coffee to deteriorate.

They can be equipped with consumer-friendly features, such as easy-to-open zippers and zipper locks, like pocket zipper. Compared with regular Side Gusset bags, if you want to have a zipper on the bag, a quad seal bag is a better choice.
