The gusset shape in its side increases in size once filled, enabling the bag to accommodate larger volume retaining an elegant and professional appearance.
Constructed using high-waterproofing material choices, this bag is used in preserving coffee against moisture, oxygen, light and external smell in the course of storage, shipping and retail displays. Elective one-way de-gasping valves enable freshly roasted coffee beans to expel CO 2, and tin ties or resealable zippers enhance the convenience of reuse.
This Side Gusset Coffee Bag is customizable with brand logos, colors, product details, matte or gloss finishes, kraft paper texture, foil lining and various capacity choices. When filled with coffee beans, the weight causes the bottom to flatten out, allowing it to stand. However, for a bag that stands perfectly flat even when empty, you might consider our Flat Bottom (Box Pouch) series.

How do consumers reseal these bags?
Side gusset bags typically do not have built-in zippers. Most roasters use Tin-Ties (adhesive-backed metal ties) or suggest that customers use a bag clip after the heat seal is opened.

Is this bag style suitable for ground coffee?
Yes, but since ground coffee is denser than whole beans, we recommend using a slightly smaller bag or ensuring the heat seal is very tight to prevent fine particles from entering the gusset area.

Which is better: Center Back Seal or Corner Seal?
Center Back Seal is traditional and cost-effective. Corner Seals (Quad Seal) offer more structure and prevent the bag from "ballooning" when filled with 1kg+ of beans.
