Yes, we generally recommend using a corrugated cup sleeve with single wall cups for drinks served above 80°C (176°F) to ensure a comfortable grip for the customer.

What is the benefit of a higher "gsm" paper?
Our standard PE-lined cups are recyclable in facilities that process poly-coated paperboard. For 100% eco-friendly markets, we offer PLA-lined (Compostable) and Plastic-Free Aqueous Coated versions.

What information do I need to provide for a quotation?
A higher gsm (grams per square meter) means thicker paper. While it increases the cost slightly, it provides a much more "premium" feel and better resistance to heat-softening.
